A Different Reality

Love. God’s love. The love that the world was created from. The love that we were born for. The original reality. A different reality than that of the world’s. A reality that requires new sight from Jesus. A reality where there is no knowledge of good and evil. No grievances or judgements. No need to hide. Only love. Love as our identity. Our only identity.

You see, Yahweh calls us to love. He calls us to BE love and so to be who we are. Love is our identity.

God is love. Jesus is God come to us, to dwell with us. He is God’s love come to us. In this new reality our identity is Jesus. Him in us and us in Him. So we are love.

Make sense?

And when we let His love become our identity and our reality (our ONLY reality), we walk the way of Yeshua, the forgotten way of love.

The forgotten way of Yeshua. Of love.

We forget. Often. This world tries to pull us away from the reality that we were created for and into its own. That's why it is the forgotten way.

But Abba is ALWAYS faithful to remind us. To remind us of His original and GOOD reality. To remind us of His love, and our identity in His love. And when He reminds us, He calls us to go remind others. Remind others of the original reality. Remind them who they are. He calls us to love them and so remind them. LOVE.

So we need to REMEMBER. We need to be reminded. And we need to remind others. Remember who we are. LOVE.

So when you forget, get around others who help you remember. Others who are following Jesus and sharing His good news. Others that are working out their salvation with fear and trembling.

We need others to remind us how GOOD Yahweh is. To remind us that the Kingdom of Heaven is all around us….if we would only ask Yeshua for His sight to see it all. We need others to help us remember His goodness, His love, His faithfulness, His victory, His power, His authority.

We need others to help us remember, because the road is hard and we were meant to do this life with Jesus and other disciples. We were meant to be the body of Christ. To be love. We need others to help us remember when we start to forget.

So seek Him and His reminders. Seek Him and His presence. His presence can manifest in a million ways. Seek it in everything. In the good. In the difficult. In the mundane. Seek Him. Because the more we seek the more we will find Him, more of Him and who He is. And so then more of who WE are because we are in Him. More of His love. Our true identity.

And when you forget, Do Not Fear. He has given us His protection. Through His blood. Even when we feel fear, when it surrounds us, we surrender to a greater and more powerful reality of love.

"Perfect love casts out fear"…a reality that is not of this world. A reality that is of the Kingdom of Heaven. It is all around us.

And yet that does not mean we will not have sorrow or pain. “For in this world you will have trouble, but take heart, I have overcome the world.

So we walk through the pain and sorrow and we bring it into alignment with the truth of our identity. We grieve and hurt and rage. We celebrate and rejoice and praise. All in love. For we are love. We find love and hope in the midst of it all. Yes, we still experience it. But that experience has no power over our ultimate reality of love. Love in the Kingdom with our all mighty Father who loves us and guides us and protects us until the final victory where we will all rejoice with a mighty song with all in heaven and on earth.

We are made to share this good news. This good news of love. So that all might know and so be saved and enter into the Kingdom. The reality of love. Through Yeshua.

And if Jesus has taught me anything, it’s that whenever I forget, he gently reminds and points me back to love. Remember. Forgetting gives us the chance to remember the sweetness all over again. It gives us the chance to learn grace and try again. Forgetting gives us the chance to come a little bit closer than before. Forgetting: "God works all things together for good to those who love Him". Even in the hardship of forgetting, He brings blessing.
